03 Day Workshop on BCMS based on ISO 22301

Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is the creation and validation of a business continuity plan for how an organisation will recover and restore critical functions after a disaster or incident.

BCP is working out how to stay in business at local, regional or national levels and include fires, floods,and pandemic illnesses in the event of disaster.

The development of a BCP system can have five main phases:

  1. Analysis
  2. Solution design
  3. Implementation
  4. Testing and organisation acceptance
  5. Maintenance

Course Description

Our 3 Day BCMS Course aims at training the participants on the principles and implementation requirements for a business continuity management system and guides them through the implementation road map. The Course will cover the migration and key changes in the Standard from BS 25999 to ISO 22301. The course comprises a mix of lectures and practical exercises including role-play and case studies to provide the delegates with a full understanding of the standard.

Senior and middle management personnel from the organization (Preferably senior management / System Managers/ Team Leads, Project Leads).

Designed for people who need to implement the business continuity requirements on behalf of TTSL.
