Objectives

Our Lead Implementer course is designed to train the delegates in the principles and practices of undertaking quality, Environment and health thus providing a frame work to monitor and improve performance in any area you chose.

Implementing the ISO 9001 standard helps the organization to succeed through improved customer satisfaction, staff motivation, and continual improvement on quality of product/ Service.

ISO 14000 focuses on all aspects related to environment and resource optimization through effective environmental management systems. It prescribes controls for those activities that have an effect on the environment. These include the use of natural resources, handling and treatment of waste and energy consumption.

OHSAS 18001 is a recognized specification that structures the implementation of an effective Health & Safety management system which enables organizations to manage risk, ensure compliance with legislation and provide a safer working environment for employees. Priority of every organization would be safety and health of their employees.

Integrated approach to risk management focusing on Quality Risk, Environmental Risk and Health and Safety risk is the key objective of this Lead Implementer Program.

Course Description

This course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge needed to audit and improve quality management systems. The course comprises a mix of lectures and practical exercises including role-play and case studies to provide the delegates with a full understanding of the system implementation process. Participants will be given Certificates by ICS International Certification completion of the course.

The course is designed for Senior and middle management personnel who have responsibility within specific management system or will be involved in the implementation of such systems. This course will also benefit those persons who manage various functions within their organizations and wish to gain maximum benefit from the management system.

This course will be conducted by specialists and registered tutor who are Practicing Lead Auditors & Trainers and who have hands on experience of certification auditing and the requirements of all three management systems. Their experience and knowledge of all aspects of audit and management systems provides a valuable bonus to delegates as this experience can be passed on during formal sessions and informal discussions.

Course Duration

This course runs for five days running from 9.30 am until 6.30 pm for all five days.
